Singapore Town Council provides free bulky items removal service. Residents may
1) Phone Call
2) Online submission
3) Walk-in Town Council office
for daily removal appointment from Mondays to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Kindly note the following
This service is for HDB residents and not for commercial tenants
Removal can be carried out on a daily basis from Mondays to Saturdays, between 1 pm to 5 pm (depending on the location)
Each appointment is limited to three movable items (eg sofa chairs, television, refrigerator etc) per month.
Additional items will be charged accordingly by the conservancy contractor
This service does not apply to residents moving homes, and does not include dismantling or removal of build-in furniture (eg kitchen cabinets and wardrobes) nor renovation debris.
Appointments must be made a minimum of 2 working days in advance. Appointments for Thursday must be made by Monday
